With over 30 years experience of supporting homeschoolers and unschoolers across California, HSC
is an intentionally inclusive state-wide 501(c)(3) organization, run by volunteers.
Despite the huge financial hit caused by covid-19 pandemic, HSC stepped up to respond to the increased need for information and support for new homeschoolers across California. We pivoted to host two successful virtual conferences in 2020 and 2021, before pivoting again to host an in-person conference in July 2022.
Through our volunteer-run information phone line, FREE Homeschooling 101 sessions, and a rolling schedule of monthly virtual social meetups for members, HSC offers a vital service to new and veteran homeschoolers alike.
